This website presents industrial automation components and IoT condition monitoring hardware and collects requests for quotation. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd.
Content on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. A contract forms only when we confirm your order in writing after quotation. Unless stated otherwise on the quote, quotations are valid for 14 days and may require prepayment or a deposit before procurement begins.
Prices are quoted per order in the currency stated on the quotation. Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. is not registered for GST, and no GST is charged on our quotations or invoices. Prices include any import costs we incur in supplying the goods unless the quotation states otherwise.
Goods are supplied on an order-driven, made-to-order basis. Lead times are stated per line item on the quotation and run from our written order confirmation and receipt of any agreed prepayment. Risk in the goods passes on delivery or self-collection.
ZENCOV products are general-purpose industrial components. Unless the quotation states otherwise, they are not designed or certified for life-safety or safety-critical systems. You are responsible for confirming that products suit your application, for installation by qualified personnel, and for compliance with the standards that apply to your site.
Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you together with the manufacturer's documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we give no further warranty of our own beyond what is stated on the quotation.
Where your order includes a monitoring dashboard, the scope, term and any subscription fee are as stated on the quotation. The dashboard is provided on an as-available basis. You own the sensor data collected for you and may request an export when the service ends. We may suspend the dashboard if fees remain unpaid.
Because goods are procured to order, they are not returnable for change of mind. Report transit damage or dead-on-arrival items within 7 days of delivery and we will handle the claim under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is capped at the amount you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or production downtime. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape it in a way that degrades service. The site requires no account. Traffic measurement may use Google Analytics 4 as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
