ZENCOV is operated by Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201535442H). ZENCOV is a trademark of Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. We are the organisation responsible for personal data collected through this website under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Systems operated for us. Enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices are recorded in a customer and order management platform, and chats (including zvAI) and WhatsApp handoffs are handled by the CogniPulse AI messaging hub. Both systems are operated for us by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 201202598W), a separate company, as our data intermediary under a written agreement. Your data is kept separate from Adneti's own customer records and is used only for Singapore Robot's purposes. Singapore Robot remains responsible for personal data collected on this site.
If you use a ZENCOV monitoring dashboard, it is hosted for us by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd as our data intermediary (see section 1). We process the names and work email addresses of dashboard users to give them access. Sensor readings such as temperature, air quality and energy use are not usually personal data.
This website has no accounts. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CKTQPXJGEG) to understand aggregate traffic; GA may set cookies or use similar identifiers as described in Google's documentation. We receive personal data when you contact us: your name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry, sent by email, by WhatsApp or through the zvAI assistant on this site.
We use that data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil and support orders, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Only as needed to serve you: manufacturers and logistics providers involved in fulfilling your order; Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd, which operates our messaging hub and customer and order management platform as our data intermediary (see section 1); messaging and email providers (for example WhatsApp, operated by Meta, when you choose that channel, and Telegram when staff take over a thread); any AI or LLM provider that powers zvAI if enabled (we will name third-party models in an update before use); and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.
Some suppliers and service providers are located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure it receives a comparable standard of protection.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CKTQPXJGEG) to measure aggregate traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw your consent to its use, by emailing our Data Protection Officer at dpo@zencov.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days, or tell you within that time when we expect to respond. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will tell you the fee before we process it. If you withdraw consent, we will explain the likely consequences, for example that we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
Personal data is held in access-controlled systems and shared internally only with people who need it to handle your enquiry or order.
