1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you represent that you are acting in a professional capacity on behalf of an entity or as an authorized partner of the Eusen Group. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Branding & Intellectual Property
ZENCOV™ is a proprietary industrial and sensory technology brand.
- Ownership: All trademarks, logos, service marks, and technical methodologies associated with ZENCOV™ are the exclusive intellectual property of ERW Capital LLP.
- Protection: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of ZENCOV™ brand assets or the Royal Merit™ logic utilized within our systems is strictly prohibited under Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
Section 3: Brand Ownership & Operational Mandate
The governance and operational structure of ZENCOV™ are defined by the following legal framework, ensuring strategic alignment and asset protection within the Eusen Group ecosystem:
- Intellectual Property Holder: ERW Capital LLP (The "Brand Holder"). As the ultimate holding entity, ERW Capital LLP retains all rights, titles, and interests in the ZENCOV™ trademark and associated technical methodologies.
- Strategic Master Licensee: Eusen Holdings Pte. Ltd. (The "Licensor"). Authorized by the Brand Holder to manage global brand deployment and operational compliance.
- Authorized Regional Operator: Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. (The "Operator"). Mandated to conduct commercial activities, distribution, and service delivery under the ZENCOV™ brand for the Singapore and regional markets.
4. Client Portal & v1.0 Enterprise Internal Access
Access to the ZENCOV Client Portal (v1.0) is restricted to authorized entities.
- Access Control: Users are granted "Enterprise Internal Access" based on their relationship with Eusen Group.
- Confidentiality: All data, price lists, technical schematics, and "Archives" (藏经阁) resources accessed via the portal are deemed Strictly Confidential.
- Audit: We reserve the right to monitor and audit all portal activities to ensure compliance with our internal risk control protocols.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% precision in our sensory technologies and industrial data, Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or the website information.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
